Bamboo sushi & grill bar

The Bamboo Sushi & Grill Bar is the first restaurant in Košice specializing in sushi. The restaurant has a very pleasant interior that combines elements of Asian culture with a European style of dining. The menu includes, of course, sushi, and some of Asian specialties with an emphasis on Vietnamese and Thai dishes, so you can also taste the Hanoi-style Búnbò cinamon-and-badian scented skewer in the classic combination of beef and coriander, or a popular Thai food PadThai with spring onion, shallot, peanuts, and meat of choice. Fresh and roasted rolls, salads, risotto from jasmine rice and desserts, such as the perfect Crème Brûlée to neutralize Asian flavours.
